How an engagement runs

Most work starts with a focused two-week sprint — a written diagnosis and recommendation, optionally a prototype — before any larger build. From there a scoped quarterly delivery takes it to running software in production, and a light retainer keeps it healthy afterwards. We work with partners across New Zealand, Australia, the UK and the US.
